Development of full-scale ICU and patient room mock-ups to support the planning and design of the Santa Clara Valley Medical Center Bed Building 1 hospital tower. The mock-ups provided a hands-on environment for clinical staff and stakeholders to evaluate room layouts, equipment placement, workflows, and patient experience prior to finalizing construction documents.
JKL provided construction management services including coordination, constructability review, scheduling, cost control, and on-site oversight. The team facilitated collaboration between clinicians, designers, and project stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine design solutions and support successful implementation in the final hospital facility.
