Stanford ASC Cardiac Catheterization Labs | Stanford, CA

Three-phase infrastructure and utility upgrade to support new cardiac catheterization lab equipment within Stanford’s Ambulatory Surgery Center. Scope included complex utility coordination, shutdown planning, infection prevention, and integration with medical equipment vendors.

JKL provided preconstruction and construction services, including constructability review, value engineering, quality control, infection prevention, and coordination among Stanford Engineering, facilities staff, equipment vendors, and user groups. The project was completed with zero change orders.

Stanford Health Care – Adult Hospital | Palo Alto, CA

Construction of a new 824,000 SF, seven-story acute care hospital featuring individual patient rooms, operating suites, advanced imaging facilities, an expanded emergency department, and a 900-space parking structure. The project represents one of the largest and most complex healthcare construction efforts in the region.
