Multi-year program delivering facility, laboratory, and infrastructure upgrades across Genentech’s South San Francisco campus. Work included energy efficiency initiatives, laboratory upgrades, rooftop equipment replacements, utility improvements, and regulatory compliance projects across multiple buildings.
JKL acted as both general contractor and owner’s representative, leading cost estimating, funding approvals, design coordination, subcontractor procurement, construction sequencing, quality control, and cost management while remaining on site to support ongoing operations.
