Demolition and remodel of an existing 11,000 SF space within the ancillary building to create a new Pharmacy and Urgent Care facility. The project was executed within an occupied hospital and included comprehensive mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and interior finish upgrades to support expanded clinical services.
JKL provided full preconstruction and construction management services, including field coordination of utility shutdowns, inspection and testing scheduling, OSHPD IOR coordination, RFI resolution, schedule monitoring, quality assurance, infection control, submittal processing, and cost control throughout construction.
