Installation of new traffic signals at Ginger Lane and Moorpark Avenue to improve vehicular circulation and emergency access to the medical center campus. The improvements enabled redirection of primary campus entry points and enhanced safety for first responders and patients.
JKL coordinated approvals with county, state, and city agencies and provided construction management services including schedule monitoring, quality control, submittal processing, cost control, utility coordination, testing and inspection scheduling, and document control.
