Construction of a new 150,000 SF support facility housing material management docks, dietary kitchen, clinical spaces, and administrative offices, with a tunnel connection to the main hospital. The project plays a critical role in campus logistics and operational efficiency.
JKL provided comprehensive construction management services including coordination with county agencies and OSHPD, schedule and cost control, quality assurance, submittal processing, utility shutdown coordination, inspection interface, and document control. JKL also led evaluation of delivery methods and supported selection of a design/build approach to accelerate completion.
