Construction of a five-story behavioral health facility with basement, tunnel connection to the Receiving and Support Center, and bridge connection to the main hospital. The approximately 207,300 SF facility includes 77 inpatient psychiatric beds for children, adolescents, and adults, an Emergency Psychiatric Facility, a Mental Health Urgent Care Facility, and associated support spaces.
JKL provided construction management services including construction field operations oversight, RFI and submittal processing, change order review, and document control to support delivery of this highly specialized healthcare facility.
