Replacement of approximately 5,000 linear feet of underground corroded steel natural gas piping with corrosion-proof polyethylene piping across the Lockheed Martin campus. The project extended from the North Facility Gas Yard to multiple campus buildings and included installation of regulator assemblies to control pressure for each building served.
JKL delivered the project through a design-build contract, providing preconstruction coordination with the design team, constructability reviews, schedule monitoring, QA/QC, field oversight, utility shutdown coordination, testing and inspection scheduling, and jobsite safety management.
