Ongoing delivery of high-tech facility upgrades and tenant improvements across Lockheed Martin’s Sunnyvale campus, including mechanical, electrical, laboratory, data center, and infrastructure projects performed under strict security and access constraints.
JKL served as the general contractor within a design/build partnership, providing preconstruction, design assist, cost estimating, subcontractor buyout, field coordination, scheduling, and closeout services across multiple projects over an extended period.
