Construction of three new mid-size hospital buildings totaling approximately 750,000 SF on the existing campus of Laguna Honda Hospital. The project included demolition of existing structures and replacement facilities designed to support assisted living patients, delivered as a ground-up new construction project targeting LEED Gold certification.
JKL provided construction management services with a focus on quality control and quality assurance during field installation. The team conducted inspections of building components and provided guidance on installation improvements to support successful project execution.
